Leading Alignment - Strategies to Align Key Stakeholders

Leaders know the importance of alignment – it’s more powerful than consensus or buy-in and critical to successful execution – but achieving alignment is complex and challenging. Key stakeholders have diverse, sometimes competing, interests and perspectives defined by their roles, functions and regions. Effective leadership requires an understanding of the fundamental elements of alignment, as well as strategies to develop shared understanding, increase trust, and expand power. Bringing stakeholders together is a first step, but alignment is needed so that they walk away – or Zoom away – with a collective commitment to action.

In this interactive webinar with Alanna Kaplan Muñoz, Principal of Metaplan, you will have the opportunity to apply key principles to real-life work scenarios and gain insight on:
• What makes groups tick
• Methods to generate the alignment needed to ensure a shared commitment
• Approaches to advance the elusive but essential alignment that drives successful groups, teams and organizations.

“If you want to go fast, go alone;
if you want to go far, go together.”
African proverb
