Dancing in the Hurricane: Managing Your Energy to Bypass Burnout

In an age of stress, it is no longer enough to be the smartest or most skilled technical professional in the room. Keeping your cool, finding your calm and understanding the brain science to help navigate crisis is what differentiates outcomes for the long term, personally and professionally. If you're feeling overworked, stressed out and on the path to being burned out, it's time to find solutions that make a difference!

The Fairfield County Chapter of the NY/NJ Region of the HBA is pleased to host keynote speaker Lisa Beth Lentini Walker, CEO and founder of Lumen Worldwide Endeavors, and co-founder of MentorCore for this very important and timely topic.
