HBA AMSTERDAM PRESENTS

Sharing is caring - find out about HBA community members' practices & programs on well-being at work

Join this networking event organized as cross-chapter collaborative by Amsterdam, London and Brussels, to learn about how different organizations help their employees maintain well-being and manage their energy for more productive and happier life through various programs and practices. Reflect with us what challenges and opportunities emerged from the pandemic, remote working environment, and future hybrid workplaces. Engage in an empowering discussion with other HBA community members, facilitated by a panel of HR, employment engagement and leadership experts from within the community.

Meet our fantastic panel facilitator, Saraswati Khan, a proven business leader working across the healthcare sector in diverse geographies and therapeutic areas, currently holding the position of the General Manager / Managing Director for the healthcare business in the Netherlands at Merck!

Saraswati will be joined by three distinguished panelists:
Fiona Huzarski, a senior HR professional and a Vice President of Global HR at AdvanzPharma,
Julia de Neef, a senior HR Manager and Head of Market HR for the Netherlands at Merck,
Kathryn Simpson, a change leadership expert, with diverse career experience in Europe and North America and over 25 years of consulting and line experience.

Find inspiration in the discussion on the change in leadership, prioritizing people and their well-being at all organization levels. Share your ideas and take-away practical tips that will help you and your organization support a healthier and happier workplace!
