HBA VOICES OF TOMORROW AFFINITY GROUP AND HBA BOSTON-CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENT

Navigating Difficult Conversations

Join HBA and Merck panelists in varying roles as we unpack together the best practices and tips on how to initiate difficult conversations, as well as how to execute these conversations. We will explore this idea of “difficult conversations” which includes those relating to negotiating salary, advocating for yourself and your performance, HR issues, overcoming imposter syndrome, and many more.

This event was crafted in partnership with the Tomorrow's Executives Affinity Group, serving early career professionals. For more information and to join this affinity group, please do so on our website. HBA members have the exclusive benefit of joining and participating in as many affinity groups as they like!
