Meet the speaker:
Silja is driven by a clear mission: to make business a force for good in healthcare. She began her career in strategy consulting, then moved into senior roles across pharma and MedTech after earning her MBA at INSEAD. She later founded merakoi, a patient expert engagement startup, while taking on fractional leadership roles. This path led her to a high-growth MedTech company, where she progressed from fractional leader to Chief Commercial Officer. Building on her experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and portfolio work, she founded Match for Impact, a platform helping senior leaders navigate career transitions through structured 90-day fractional leadership missions with early-stage ventures.
