HBA MID-ATLANTIC REGION PRESENTS

Generations Working Smarter Together

This event will explore the misconceptions around the millennial generation as a whole. It is extremely important now more than ever that all five generations in the workplace work smarter together. We want to start this difficult conversation that is rarely discussed to spark creative ways to be most efficient in our work across all age groups. If we understand a generation’s strengths, weaknesses, comforts, and how they work most efficiently, we will work better together to reach our common goals.
Join pairs of coworkers, mentors, and teammates as they share their journeys to address one of these stereotypes. They were able to find the positive in a stereotype or understand how the other worked to better work together and solve a problem. Age is unavoidable, but when we take the time to understand where someone comes from or how their age has shaped their work ethic, we can use these learnings to our advantage and build off one another.
