Innovative external research models have become integral to biopharma’s research strategy to bolster pipeline and gain access to cutting-edge science, so what are they and is there any career opportunity? Join us to learn about this trend, the skills it takes to be successful, and possible career opportunities. The panel represents diverse perspectives from the life sciences ecosystem and will discuss several models including university and biotech collaborations, build-to-buy investments and the use of CRO’s to reduce research costs. Our esteemed panelists include: Ramani Varanasi, Founder and CBO ReVive, Tom Luby J&J Innovation Center, Arpita Maiti External R&D Innovation, Pfizer and Victoria Knight-Connoni, Scientist Cubist.

Special instructions:
When entering Cubist from Hayden Avenue, use the entrance marked “65 Hayden Avenue” and proceed past building 55 (on the right) to the end of the road. The main parking lot will be on the right at the end of the driveway behind building 55. Use this parking lot and proceed towards the walkway leading directly from the parking lot into the building.
Note: The main entrance will not be open for this event, so please use the walkway that leads towards the back of the building rather than heading back to the main entrance.
