HBA FRANKFURT PRESENTS

Transformation: Radically Human

IMPORTANT: The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement prior to taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act in a reasonable and prudent manner under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will be acting in an individual capacity only and will not represent the HBA. As a condition to my participation in the activity, I waive and release the HBA and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim that I may have for any damage to property or injury to my person that may result in whole or in part from my participation.

“The right approach leading in a world moving through crisis and disruption—where challenges have no known solutions, or if they do, there are far too many choices and few clear ones -is not just to focus on selecting the CEO … instead, we should address our efforts towards developing a team of Enterprise Leaders with a common purpose and a deep level of trust”. Yet, despite this critical need, Korn Ferry research shows that less than 14% of executives could be considered Enterprise Leaders.

Today, however, more and more organizations are creating Perform-Transform strategic priorities to meet the needs of this increasingly complex and uncertain environment. But for these companies to implement these agendas successfully, they need a different kind of leader—one who has the capabilities to both perform and transform, along with the capacity and agility to pivot dynamically between the two, all to create impact across and beyond the enterprise and broader ecosystem. It is about to establish radically human organizations.

In this event our great speakers Ulrike Simon, Jürgen Peukert and AJ Van den Berg will focus on the following key topics:
• Radically Human organizations – how to find the balance between perform and transform. How Superstar companies think differently, and what it takes to reinvent yourself?
• why the transform and perform agenda needs enterprise leadership?
• what makes these leaders different?

Join this exciting event where you will interactively experience what it means to build the capability and initiate change.

This is an in-person event, and the seats are limited. Register now to reserve your seat!
