WIS Ohio: Women in Bioscience Leadership Strengths and Personal Branding Half-Day Workshop

Event description
Over a decade ago, Gallup unveiled the results of a landmark 30-year research project that ignited a global conversation on the topic of “leadership strengths” which led to continued research and data on the topic of leadership.

This half-day workshop will explore the results of their research outlined in the book “Strengths Based Leadership” by bestselling authors Tom Rath and Barry Conchie, and will help you identify how to be an effective leader, knowing your strengths and investing in others’ strengths. It will give you a new road map for leading yourself and others toward a better future by increasing employee engagement which increases work satisfaction, productivity and profit. It will equip you with a better understanding of what it means to focus on your leadership strengths, develop confidence knowing your strengths and incorporate it into your personal brand and networking.
