HBA MILAN PRESENTS

"Old topics, new visions" - retrospective analysis of gender and generational gap - year 2020

Please note this webinar will be held in Italian.

"Why should we always discuss "old topics" such as the gender gap? Because in spite of the progress to reduce the gender gap, we understand that neither we nor our children will be able to see gender equality. In fact, the Global Gender Gap Report 2020 shows that gender equality will not be achieved for at least the next 108 years. But what are the factors that affect this gap? What is the situation in Italy? And what is the perception of healthcare professionals?

And then time passes by and "new" gaps deserve to be discussed and analyzed in order to make effective the work of healthcare organizations, such as the generational gap. Under the "generational gap", we mean the gap between different generations of today's society in terms of experiences, ideas, principles, languages. What kind of relationship do different generations have within a company? What are the challenges faced by managers who have a heterogeneous team from a generational point of view? And above all, how to leverage this difference?

Let's talk about it together with the HBA Milan working group that not only analyzed the published data but also launched a survey conducted among 300 professionals working in the healthcare industry. It will be an opportunity to show you all the results and then open a discussion on "old issues but new perspectives"!

We are looking forward to seeing many of you because only a meaningful discussion might lead to changes.
