While you can’t guarantee that you won’t be impacted by these changes, there are proactive measures you can take. Join the HBA Suburban Delaware Valley Chapter and the Career Transformations Affinity Group for a dynamic panel discussion with coaching, recruiting, HR experts and an HBA member who’s rebounded through layoffs. Learn what you can do to make sure your leadership team sees you for the versatile asset that you are. The panel will also share tips to help you position yourself for a job you want. Even with positive approaches, lay-offs and restructuring do happen. Understand the best practices you need to know to make sure you are ready if a lay-off occurs or to ease your journey into a new position if you are ready to make a change.
