HBA ATLANTA PRESENTS

Influential Leadership - Own What You Do

Event details
The ability to affect the thinking, decisions and actions of others is the ultimate measure of a leader. However, in today’s climate of doing more with less, the title of boss often times doesn’t carry enough weight to get people to do what you ask.

The most effective influencers understand and employ the science of influential leadership, which is rooted in transforming ambiguity into ownership. Join us and learn how to lead your team from confusion to clarity to commitment. In order to bridge the gap between expectation and reality, now more than ever, leaders must own what they do.

Jessica Wilson is an international influencer in the Infection Prevention and Infection Control sectors. She’s helped hundreds of dental practices improve communication, efficiency and daily practices both in institutional settings and private practice through an influential approach to education.

Learning objectives
1. Clarify your why to minimize your what’s and how’s
