The healthcare industry is continually undergoing changes, and the current climate is unparalleled. This event will explore the human reactions to change by understanding the relationship between basic human needs, silent stress and health.

Jessica Lockhart, a leading humanologist, will share a solid understanding of these emotional and intrinsic mechanics, and also provide a practical set of mental tools.The combination of her insight, analysis and application will leave participants with a greater confidence to do well in an environment of uncertainty.
