HBA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PRESENTS

The Business of Healthcare - Adapting and Innovating for the Future

Event description
Please join us for part 1 of a 2 part series on diverse opportunities in healthcare and how to build a satisfying career path. Healthcare is a complex ecosystem that relies on multiple skills and capabilities to serve the interests and needs of people everywhere. There are career opportunities from research and development through to clinical application, education and payment for services. In part 1 (P1), a panel of accomplished healthcare experts will discuss the roles, responsibilities, rewards and challenges of their current positions. A diversity of skills and opportunities will be showcased. Part 2 (P2 to be held in the fall of 2015) will address the “how-tos” of designing and building a career that can contribute to innovation in healthcare. Networking and refreshments are a hallmark of every HBA event and will be included in both P1 and P2. Attendees of P1 will be entitled to a 20% discount on P2.
