The HBA San Diego Chapter is embarking on an exciting new offering – a mind, body and wellness-infused leadership development journey. HBA San Diego is leading this program to help stimulate a Healthy Mind | Healthy Body mindset during a challenging time in our society and in our lives.

Healthy Mind | Healthy Body participants have the opportunity to join online* networking groups and facilitated discussions on topics ranging from physical wellness to mindfulness, to work-life balance to setting healthy goals in areas related to mind, body, and spirit! We will support each other throughout our time together to help us achieve our individual goals.

Register Now for this 12-week, small group program with San Diego HBA.

*Depending on the state of the world this summer, we may choose to make in-person meet-up opportunities available.

Overview

The Healthy Mind | Healthy Body journey is a small group leadership and networking program done in the context of mind and body wellness; it’s designed to help us get out from behind our desks and screens. It’s a new and exciting way to develop leadership skills through establishing and achieving goals and building a community while you’re doing it. This 12 week program includes a combination of virtual (and in-person, if safe to do so) meet ups to provide mind and body wellness goal support, tips and techniques from experts, opportunities to share breakthroughs and breakdowns, and small group circles where we will work to discover the connections between wellness, mindfulness, and leadership.

Throughout the journey, you will discover these connections, grow as a leader to advance your career, and expand your network with like-minded women.

Journey members will be asked to participate in online meet-ups, or as time goes on and outside gatherings become safe, one common larger event agreed on by the group ( for example: 5k, hike, beach walk, etc).

Please note: If the opportunity arises for the group to participate in an outside event, Journey Members will pay out of pocket for any events chosen by the group that involve a fee. Any such events will be in the San Diego area.
