Join fellow HBA members on Saturday morning along Lake Shore Drive for a run or walk. We will meet at Foster Beach which is not usually crowded and has a lot of free/low cost parking. After a good heart pumping healthy run, jog, walk, we will go to Tweets for a coffee/breakfast (coffee compliments of HBA). Make 2014 your year to increase activity - enjoy this time to a healthier you and networking with other HBA professionals.
