Event description
In Tampa on November 17, HBA Florida will be presenting their signature event "Coaching Down and Managing Up: Getting the Best from Your Team." This is the closing event for the mentoring program and will be free to mentees and mentors.

A panel of executives will speak to their experience about how they have managed to lead others effectively, regardless of their position of authority and also how they have impacted the organization they are a part of by leading up. Our esteemed panel includes:
