HBA Brave Space Program

The HBA Brave Space Program is an 8-week self-discovery and community building journey that helps participants create time for self-development and build clarity around personal and professional goals. It is a high-commitment group program uses a blend of concepts related to business strategy, psychology, mindfulness, and energy healing.

A “Brave Space” is a confidential container where we are given permission to be authentically ourselves for purposes of self-development. It is where personal experiences are shared, emotions are explored, and vulnerability is celebrated.

Participants of this program will:
-Invest in themselves and their personal growth
-Embrace vulnerability and authenticity as their superpowers
-Dispel limiting beliefs that have them consciously or unconsciously giving away their power
-Identify what blocks their way to the success, healthy relationships, and impact they desire
-Gain practical knowledge of intuition and personal energy
-Receive accountability for personal and professional goals
-Be a part of a powerful professional network and community

Whether you are in career or life transition, on a self-awareness or conscious leadership journey, or interested in expanding yourself beyond the typical professional development offerings, this program is for you!
We are celebrating our 3rd year hosting this program! Past participants of the HBA Brave Space program have gained several invaluable skills and new perspectives of themselves because of this program.

The Kick-Off Meeting is Wednesday May 25 at 5pm – 6:30pm PT. The program includes weekly virtual live sessions, group practices, and homework. Minimum time commitment is 2 hours per week. Group leadership roles could add an additional 2 hours per week. Due to the more intimate nature of this program, spots are limited! This program is virtual and is open to all HBA members nationally.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA. As a condition to my participation the activity, I waive and release the HBA and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim that I may have for any damage to property or injury to my person that may result in whole or in part from my participation.
