HBA ST. LOUIS PRESENTS

From Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion

Every day, we use our individual frames of reference and filters, based on our upbringing, life experiences and values, to make sense of a fast-moving, complex world. In the workplace, these same filters affect how we receive and respond to the voices and ideas of others, in ways that can help or hinder inclusiveness. It is known that top performing organizations are those in which innovation is driven by inclusion of all voices and ideas, so how can you create this culture within yours?

In this interactive workshop, an expert panel will guide you and your colleagues on a journey of self-discovery of your unconscious biases and how to intentionally create an inclusive and innovative culture within your teams. You will walk away with awareness and ideas you can immediately implement in both your workplace and personal life.
