Creating a Culture of Innovation
To be successful in today's fast-paced and competitive business environments, innovation and creative problem-solving are critical at all levels. Despite the recognition of the importance of these skills, few people possess an adequate understanding of core concepts, or a disciplined approach in applying them to their most urgent business challenges. In short, innovation is all talk, no action. Join HBA San Diego for a "Creating a Culture of Innovation Workshop" presented by Jill Schulman, Founder of IGnITE Innovation. The Workshop will teach the key elements needed to develop a culture of innovation in your organization. Jill will demystify innovation so that you not only understand what it is, but how to do it. She will simplify innovation by providing a model with simple steps that anyone can take to apply innovation to their roles.
