HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

From Drama to Empowerment: Creating Opportunities for Growth and Positive Engagement

How we view ourselves, our environment and our perceived ability to exert control over various situations and encounters determines how we engage with others and whether or not we choose to leverage opportunities for personal and professional growth. In "From Drama to Empowerment" you will learn to adopt an ownership mindset as a way to create positive outcomes for yourself and for others.

This conversation will help you recognize and adjust the role you assume in exchanges with others and how to consciously communicate in a way which facilitates positive relationships and enhances desired outcomes. While it may be counter to our intent and uncomfortable at times, we will explore the drama we sometimes bring to various personal and professional situations. In addition to self-reflection on the roles we often play, we will identify techniques that empower, thereby enabling more productive exchanges and meaningful experiences between ourselves and others.

If you're looking to feel inspired and empowered, you'll love this event.
