HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Leading the Way: Forget the Past - What is the Future of Gender Balance?

Women still experience an uneven playing field with fewer career advancement opportunities, yet studies have shown that companies with balanced and inclusive organizations benefit from better business results. To what extent are factors such as company culture, diversity of thought and flexibility influencing the success of equal opportunity? Why is gender balance alone not enough? What role do our limiting beliefs and unconscious bias have to play in maintaining the status quo? Join us on 30 May at the Medtronic office in Tolochenaz for a panel discussion with industry thought leaders to explore what an inclusive organization feels like to work in, and how to build the bridge between gender balance and equal opportunity in our own organizations.

The event is open to life science/ healthcare professionals and will be a great opportunity to interact with leaders and colleagues from the industry.
