HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Unconscious Bias - Not Me

Event details
Studies have shown that professional capabilities are more attributed to men than to women, cooperative behavior is rather associated with women than with men and we build up trust more easily with people who have a similar background to our own one.

So the question is to what extent does unconscious bias impact our daily business? This topic will be taken up by Dr. Petra Köppel who owns a consultancy company for Diversity Management.

She will guide you through an inspiring evening and will clear up with what is behind unconscious bias and role models and show you opportunities how to deal with them more consciously and how to free yourself from stereotypes with an interactive input.

The presentation will be held in German.
