Are you curious why everyone is bending over backwards to be agile? What is agility, what is agile transformation and what is agile coaching?
This will be a chance to learn from others, to reflect and ask the questions about what is going on in the industry at the moment. We will focus on you and your own skills - in the competition for talent, what do you need to be doing to boost your career in this context?
You will also receive useful tools such as an Agile Maturity Matrix and relevant articles, definitions and references.
Emma and Philip are both members of the HBA and are very active in supporting companies in agile transformation. They also teach the ICAgile Team Coach Certification and are currently supporting local clients in this work.
