Mindful Connections: Cultivating Self and Community
Are you ready to deepen your connections and nurture your well-being? Join us for an inspiring evening, where we will embark on a journey of mindfulness and community.
Led by Donna Zook-Snyder, MBA (Senior Director in the Lilly Sales Institute, Oncology, at Eli Lilly), experience the transformative power of mindfulness in fostering meaningful connections. Let's come together to grow, reflect, and support one another in this enriching practice.
Mingle and Connect: Start the evening with light refreshments and the chance to meet fellow members.
Outdoor Mindfulness Session: Weather permitting, we'll step outside on our yoga mats and engage in mindfulness discussions, practices, and reflections.
Deepen Your Connections: Discover how being fully present enhances your relationships with yourself, others, and the community.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Let's grow together. 🌱
