HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Postponed - Fit to Lead: Dance Your Way to Fit with CIZE Live

Event description
Join HBA Greater Philadelphia in this exhilarating Fit to Lead event. Leadership requires determination and commitment to continual growth - plan to succeed and develop a strong mind-body connection.

This event offers a chance to strengthen the mind-body connection through dance, while spending time meeting other professionals from the area who share your participation or interest in the HBA and your passion for fitness.

CIZE Live is an exhilarating new dance fitness class created by celebrity trainer Shaun T, which includes step-by-step choreography instruction and a chance to “CIZE it up” at the end, all to popular hip hop dance music. No dance experience required.

The evening will begin with arrivals and networking, followed by a 45-min. CIZE Live class, refreshments, an interactive discussion on developing strategies for incorporating fitness into busy schedules, and ending with additional time for networking.

Changing facilities will be available. Please bring or wear appropriate attire. Recommended footwear for the CIZE Live class includes dance-appropriate sneakers (with non-grip soles and pivot circle, such as those used in Zumba) or socks only. Running shoes are not recommended.

Learning objectives
1. Practice leadership by being curious and trying something new
