HBA HOUSTON PRESENTS

Negotiating to Maximize Your Market Value

Participants in this workshop will receive explanation and demonstration of powerful tools and “secret weapons” that will boost their confidence and effectiveness as negotiators. The program features visualization and engagement exercises designed to inspire participants to populate these tools and strategies with specifics from their own careers and life experiences. Participants will end this session with a better understanding of the need for thorough preparation for negotiations, as well as of tools they can use to evaluate and control the flow toward a negotiated agreement.
