Learn the power and operating principles of a mastermind group and how it can enhance and leverage your business savvy and success. Experience a “taste of masterminding”, hear success stories and learn how to start your own mastermind group and have fun in the process.

2. Participate in experiential mastermind activities
3. Identify other leaders interested in forming a mastermind group to advance business and professional goals
4. Develop guidelines and ground rules for creating your own mastermind group and opportunities for participating in the HBA Mentoring Program
