We’re NOT supposed to be great at everything, but our collective team should be!
Given that 85% of the jobs that will exist in 2030 haven't even been invented yet, we are wise to remain flexible and explore new ways to leverage our innate talents. Attend this interactive workshop to reflect on your unique strengths and abilities, your zone of genius. Why do colleagues depend on you, and where should you delegate or collaborate so that everyone contributes their best work?
What we will do:
-Sharpen emotional intelligence tools around self-awareness and adaptability.
-Discuss the four domains of strength-based talent, recognizing that our best gifts (our sweet spots) may also get us into trouble (our blind spots) when left unchecked.
-Network with fellow participants and brainstorm how to showcase 'the best of you', and leverage your superpowers as valuable transferable skills in the future workforce.
