About our Host
Chelle Temple, founder of CLT Consulting, is a Fractional Business Strategist + Operations Consultant. Chelle believes that planning is a love language, quiet leadership is the most effective and champagne should be infused into everything. Since 2015, Chelle has been supporting emerging business founders with strategic expansion of operational and human infrastructure that supports increasing growth and revenue goals, while complimenting the founder’s season of life. As a mother of three (almost) grown children and one beautiful grandbaby, Chelle is all too familiar with the juggling act of running multi-million dollar businesses while simultaneously chasing toddlers and changing diapers. With over 25 years of corporate management and entrepreneurship experience, Chelle’s mission is to be the strategic anchor, sage advocate and empathetic leader that founders need in their corner as their business transitions, scales and thrives. Chelle is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and recognized as a Panel Expert by multiple technology partners.
