HBA SEATTLE PRESENTS

Phenotype of the Woman At the Top: How She Got There and How We Can Do It Too

After research interviews with 52 executive women about the woman who broke into the “old boys club”, five common traits consistently showed up. And what do the women, who acknowledged they are that woman, want to impart to us about how they got there? This talk is about examining real achievable actions and identifying the opportunities that enable our upward movement in our executive career. This talk is for you if you are in the executive suite and want to know what is missing. If your goal is the executive suite, this talk will provide you with the keys. And if you are working for an executive woman, you will learn how to get your work noticed.

Hien is an executive coach who works with CEOs and executive women. She draws on her 20+ years in human resources building life science startups that garnered $300 million in VC funding and an IPO.
