What makes someone a truly inspiring leader? Is it Charisma? Confidence? Authenticity? Leadership Presence can be a critical differentiator. It enhances your ability to sell a vision, gain support for ideas, and build stronger relationships within your organization.
"Power Up Your Leadership Presence" will enable you to define leadership presence traits and build on your own unique leadership presence. This highly interactive session facilitated by Amy Glass, CEO of Brody Professional Development, is an opportunity for you to examine your own strengths and opportunities. You will also gain feedback from your peers to increase your confidence and credibility.
Amy is a frequent speaker at HBA conferences, recognized for facilitating courses with an “Edu-tainment” style. She is an expert on intergenerational training, and this event is expected to draw people from all career stages, creating the chance to grow by gaining feedback from each other in a relaxed environment.
