HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Negotiation in Practice

Event description
Following the first successful event of May and upon great request, HBA Europe is pleased to bring you a second workshop on negotiation. This interactive program, delivered again by Daniela De Gregorio and Paolo Cicale, will be the framework for maximizing the value of your negotiation, whether you are behind the bargaining table with a client or across the table with an opposing party. You will participate in discussions and simulations that cover a range of complex scenarios ranging from negotiation with clients/vendors to negotiation under time pressure and salary negotiations. You will refine your negotiation skills and leave with a set of strategies that you can use to deal with difficult negotiation behaviors and hard-bargaining tactics.

By participating in this program, you will:
1. Acquire a systematic framework for understanding negotiation
2. Learn how to expand the size of the pie by creating value in negotiations
3. Ascertain how to choose the right process to craft deals that last

This program is appropriate for anyone who wishes to improve their ability to create value at the negotiating table. To foster teamwork and extend the learning across the organization, we encourage teams and small groups to attend together. Previous negotiation experience is not required.

Come and join your HBA colleagues and other healthcare professionals to connect, share and connect for success.

Please note: Drinks and appetizers available at the bar - cost: 10€
