Organizations today are faced with challenges of increased complexities. Adopting a growth mindset and nurturing a strong set of cultural beliefs are essential for an organization’s transformation and success. Join Quita and Paul at the dinner table, where they will share their views on culture at the center of organizational transformation.

After 30 years with Roche, Paul brings a distinctive combination of management experience and a proven track record of significant accomplishments across both pharma and diagnostic divisions.
