Event details
The HBA E.D.G.E. (empowerment, diversity, growth, excellence) in Leadership study benchmarked best practices for advancing women to top ranks. This evening will provide time for the annual business meeting that demonstrates firsthand the impact women leaders can have on our community as well a look at key findings from E.D.G.E. and other studies that can increase your leadership impact and advancement potential. We'll also investigate how gender may play into your leadership style, confidence and pay equity so you can check what may be unseen hurdles from achieving your full power and potential.

1. Evaluate the importance of diversity of thought to optimal team and company success
2.  Investigate how gender may play into your leadership style, confidence and pay equity and the business case for change
3. Identify how gender differences can be leveraged to develop and refine performance
4. Enhance ways to accelerate your professional and personal growth
