Coaching in Action: Stories, Panel & Practical Workshop
Coaching in Action is a hybrid session designed to help you move a real work challenge forward. You’ll hear from five coaches as they share short, honest stories about what helped them grow, what they would do differently, and how coaching shows up in day-to-day work. We’ll then open the floor for a moderated panel Q&A, using questions prepared in advance to keep the conversation practical. In the final section, you’ll join a guided workshop in small groups to apply the ideas to your own situation and leave with 1–2 clear next steps you can use immediately.
