Building Your Professional Brand: Enhancing Your LinkedIn Profile, Resume and Headshots

Denver HBA is pleased to have the “Resume Guru,” Lisa Carman lead a workshop on enhancing your LinkedIn profile and resume writing tips. After three clients in one month referred to her as the “Resume Guru,” she embraced her title as a resume writer and LinkedIn profile expert. She has spent over 25 years in corporate America, building her talents and finding her voice. As the owner and operator of Resonating Resumes since 2000, Lisa incorporates career coaching and training into every client experience and employs her unique LinkedIn profile and resume development process that results in interviews and job offers.

Clients describe Lisa’s customized LinkedIn profile development process as “an amazing experience,” “incredibly effective and powerful” and “worth every penny.” Clients often report feeling more confident and skilled in job interviews and promotion opportunities. As a career coach, Lisa helps clients get “unstuck,” identify options, determine new direction and create progress.

Lucy Tuck, owner of Lucy Tuck Photography will also be onsite to provide her professional photography services. She has generously discounted her rate to $25.00 per digital headshot. Please bring cash or a check if interested. Credit cards will not be accepted as payment.

Note: Please bring your laptop with you so you can update your LinkedIn profile with Lisa's tips during the session. If you are interested in having your headshot taken, please come prepared and dress appropriately.

Special instructions: Attendees will need to bring a photo I.D. and check in with security at the main gate. The main gate entrance is located on Compton St. The building signage reflects Sandoz Inc. which is a division of Novartis.

Anyone interested in having a headshot taken during the event should come prepared and dress appropriately.

This event is refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@hbanet.org by 21 August 2018. No refunds are available after this date.
