HBA NY TRI-STATE REGION PRESENTS

Engaging Customers Via Local Ecosystem Insights in Post-COVID Market

Please note this webinar will take place from 12 – 1 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

This presentation discusses the set of factors that have driven the need to localize approaches both for effective and resource-optimal launch and management of inline therapies. A set of local market attributes is discussed that have been found to drive the need for different approaches by market. Several examples demonstrating the shortcomings of “one-size-fits-all-markets” approaches are provided. The approach to analyze a local ecosystem is presented along with its use to determine local strategies. We discuss typical “local” strategy and execution approaches with a focus on how these can be currently used to better focus on non-F2F approaches as impacts of the COVID-19 crisis recede. A pharmaceutical executive currently addressing improved local engagement during the COVID-19 crisis will join the panel to discuss his approaches.
