Description
This webinar addresses a crucial piece of the planning process for organizations, departments, or teams: budgeting and forecasting. Join us for a practical primer on how corporations project potential earnings by observing aspects of their ongoing operations to make changes, if needed, or augment what is currently working. Learn about the "top down" versus "bottom up" budgeting process, be able to describe the difference between an annual budget and a quarterly budget view, and explore how forecasted earnings affect budgeting decisions. Bring your budget/forecasting questions--time has been set aside for a Q&A session with the speaker.
