Join Rosa Lau and Nancy Santilli for an engaging conversation to explore the added benefits of being a part of a world-class organization, with the purpose to further the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare.
Rosa Lau is a principal technical writer at Roche Molecular Diagnostics and HBA board member. She started her path with the HBA in 2013, her volunteer engagement in the HBA has increased, from starting local coffee chat programs to being elected director at large, membership committee. In 2016, Rosa was recognized with the L.E.A.D. award for her Leadership, Excellence and Dedication to HBA San Francisco.
Nancy Santilli is chair emeritus HBA global board of directors and a life science executive with unique background that blends foundational clinical experience with strategic industry leadership. She has held key leadership positons in commercial and research and development organizations working directly with C-suite executes. She is global managing director, Human Care Systems, and president, Epilepsy Research Foundation.
We take care of the reservation and logistics and you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Registration fee covers administrative and chapter costs. Participants are responsible for their food and beverage costs. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do your best to arrive on time.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

The HBA requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement before taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.
By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act reasonably and prudently under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will act individually and will not represent the HBA.
