Panel Discussion: The Confidence Key - Unlocking Your True Potential

Some people seem to have all the ingredients for success – the right degree, experience and achievements. Yet the goals they want seem out of reach. The missing ingredient in the secret sauce is often a lack of confidence. Without confidence, we doubt ourselves and fall into paralysis, making success impossible.

Research shows men are routinely more confident than women, perhaps adding to the gap in gender parity. For many, we feel unable to contribute unless we over-prepare. We replay failures on a continuous loop. We avoid new opportunities unless we’re 100% qualified. Although some elements of confidence are genetic, we can rewire our brains to tame self-doubt. Join our panel for an interactive discussion about confidence – what it is, why it matters and how to boost it. Learn how to get out of your comfort zone and achieve truly amazing results.
