Steering Social Dynamic: How to Engage with Tricky Stakeholders

Patricia Malanda, professional coach (Calliopée Sàrl), and lecturer of strategic management, international human resources and project management, (Centre Patronal Vaudois, SAWI, CEFCO and BNF Programme, University of Bern), will share her experience in stakeholder management.

Come learn how to improve your communication style and get the results you want by positioning yourself according to stakeholders profiles, i.e. opponents, passive, hesitant, committed or supporters. Patricia Malanda will give you some hands on tricks that you can have up your sleeves. Optimizing social dynamics management will allow you to successfully communicate, interact and engage with your team and colleagues.
