HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

POSTPONED: People-Centered Design

Today, a people-centric perspective is "must have" approach to business for many companies. The people centered design method puts people at the core of design decisions and considers their needs, goals, values and feedback in the whole products/services design process. The most well-designed products and services therefore result from understanding the people who will use and/or interact with them. But what about understanding people when the interaction with them occurs through technology? What happens if the design process is their own work/life experience? And if they are patients? Join us and learn more about how to apply a human-centered method to design your products/services and improve the positive impact they have on their users in a high technological and complex area such as healthcare.
