HBA SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PRESENTS

The Lessons of Advertising with Neal Foard: Persuasively Selling Your Agenda and Ideas

Event description
HBA SoCal is proud to present a signature event sponsored by Medtronic: The Lessons of Advertising with Neal Foard: Persuasively Selling Your Agenda and Ideas.

No matter what strengths an executive may possess, she can amplify her competitiveness by learning to be more persuasive. Women executives particularly can benefit from learning to represent their work more confidently. As it happens, persuasion, like tennis, cooking, or self-defense, can be learned. As it also happens, there is a particularly effective study guide: The Lessons of Advertising.

In a presentation on the subject of more persuasive business communication, Neal Foard reveals some of the lessons he once taught as worldwide director of creative learning for global advertising giant Saatchi & Saatchi. From the magical effect of storytelling to the predictable irrationality of decision makers, to the importance of respecting oneself as a brand, Neal gives a primer on how to be a more potent business communicator.

Prior to the key note presentation, please enjoy networking, appetizers and beverages.

About Neal Foard:
