Grit, bouncing back and pushing through. All are traits of successful people. Think about a time in your life when you bounced back from a difficult experience. That experience was your own example of resilience in action. In this talk you will learn about the most recent research concerning the willpower muscle, common traits of the most resilient among us and simple strategies to increase your resilience in work and in life to apply as soon as you walk out the door.
