HBA MID-ATLANTIC REGION PRESENTS

Webinar: Taking Patient Centricity to the Next Level: The Networks that Support Patient Journeys

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

The next step in enhancing the health care industry’s imperative to be patient centric will come from exploring the critical support networks that help determine the course – and outcome – of care. Join us for this session with Glenna Crooks, PhD, former Presidential Appointee and Merck Global VP, during which she will discuss research she has conducted over the past decade. Dr. Crooks will describe an analytic framework to understand and visualize patient networks, how they impact health care outcomes, and where companies can provide support and education along the way. She will present a case study of a woman diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer and review the eight networks that supported her and her husband.
This session will identify actionable ways that companies can optimize targeting and tailoring of educational efforts, promotional messages and supportive resources to improve experiences and outcomes. Dr. Crooks will show how this approach can be applied across the commercial spectrum: including improving product development and regulatory agency interactions, clinician, patient and caregiver engagements, care navigator support, market access, advocacy and policy.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a follow-up email regarding dial-in information. This webinar will be recorded and made available to registrants after the fact.
