Women in Leadership - Leveraging our Unique Strengths

Join us for an event focusing on the characteristics that make women strong leaders and exploring gender differences in leadership in the commercial field.

A recent analysis by consulting firm ZS Associates revealed that male sales managers tend to rely more on constantly pushing to improve, rather than generating creative approaches to enhance performance. By contrast, the analysis showed, female sales managers tend to leverage their leadership impact, working through others on development and adaptive leadership. In this analysis, women were recognized as high performing leaders less often than men, despite their leadership styles being more aligned with the drivers of high performance and employee expectations.

How can women cultivate the leadership styles that support the success of their people while ensuring that their impact on performance is recognized? This presentation and panel discussion will draw on the experiences of four leaders and how they have leveraged their unique strengths as women to excel in their careers.

This event will be moderated by ZS Associates:
• Monte Partee, Associate Principal
• Tania Lennon, Global Space Lead, Talent Assessment

Featured Panelists:
• Nancy Feiner – SVP, Account Director – McCann Health New Jersey
• Antionette Brock – Executive Director Transparency Reporting & Operations– BMS
• Kelli Howard – West Region Director – Taiho Oncology
• Gina Blair – Executive Director, Specialty Sales – CSL Behring

This event is sponsored by CSL Behring and introductory remarks will be presented by Paula Manchester, Senior Director, Global Commercial Development.
