Webinar: Mentors vs. Sponsors: Understand and Explore These Essential Partnerships for Career Success

Please note this webinar will take place from 12:00 to 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendars accordingly.

Webinar description
What does it really take to be successful? One of the key components includes having both mentors and sponsors providing direction and promoting your career. A mentor (or more likely mentors) is someone providing you guidance and advice as you build your career. Sponsors are your advocates, who promote your visibility at the opportune time. You may never even know who your sponsors are, but by developing networks, you are ensuring a proliferation of potential sponsors. This webinar describes the role, similarities and differences of both sponsors and mentors and the significance of building relationships that allows you to identify appropriate mentors and sponsors throughout your career.
