COVID-19 has driven essential workers and healthcare providers to adapt their delivery of care and implement a host of new processes and practices rapidly. The disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on high risk, and disenfranchised groups has also created additional complexities to consider as we continue to deal with the impact of COVID-19.
