Please join HBA Europe for a 60 minute session where Sandra will lead you through some interactive exercises where you can discover what communication really is about and how you can make a difference instantly. Whether you have a conversation or you give a presentation, you can influence the outcome to a certain degree. Find out what degree this is and how to do it.
